Fitzmas Eve Approacheth!
Leave Your Greetings in the Comments Section
Fitzgerald was better than his word. He did it all, and infinitely more; and to progressives, who did not die, he was a second father. He became as good a friend, as good a master, and as good a man, as the good old city of D.C. knew, or any other good old city, town, or borough, in the good old world. He had no further intercourse with Republicans, but lived upon the Total Abstinence Principle, ever afterwards; and it was always said of him, that he knew how to keep Fitzmas well, if any man alive possessed the knowledge. May that be truly said of us, and all of us! And so, as Saint Patrick observed, God bless Us, Every One!

Veddy good! I was just reading about Fitz and what an amazing man he is. Uncorruptable, they say. Well, that's what we needed. Bless him, indeed. I am gearing up to celebrate!

I am trying hard not to hope too much. This current administration have been so arrogant for so long, that they really remind me of the Nixon WH. So I hope that at least Rove and Libby are held accountable. Of course, you could throw an indictment at Cheney (Dr Doom, who pretends he lives in Wy.), and I would just be real tickled.

I'll bet Rove's old pucker muscle is so tight even Gannon can't open it up wide.

Leave it to Grumps to delicately and concisely say what we were all thinking.

Thanks ever so much for that visual image. I'm not sure whether to laugh or barf....

Ginger of the Daily Pepper has written a scathingly brilliant Fitzmas carol that you can sing when the glorious day finally arrives!

Even if all the villians are not charged, maybe it will be enough to finish driving the chimp crazy and give Cheney a massive corronary.
With that...HAPPY FITZMAS TO ONE AND ALL!

Here's my Fitzmas Carol:
I’m dreaming of a dark Fitzmas
Filled with indictments and jail terms
Where the West Wing listens
to jury convictions
For all these treasonous worms.

Grandpa, the chimp is already crazy, and "Dick" is already one big coronary.
Fitzmas comes but once: this year
Though cowards cringe and traitors sneer
Now comes the end of night and fear
We'll find our flag still waving here
