Byrd pissed us off last month when he didn't lift a wrinkled old finger to stop Scalito. But now he has a petition demanding a bipartisan commission to look into the legality of the Dear Leader's actions re: wiretapping. So sign. Why not ...?

I signed it, but for some reason, I just don't trust Byrd. Wonder if he was wiretapped? Hmm, could be.
