Weekend Wingnut Roundup

Wingnut_roundup_4_1_1

Let's see - this week the Dear Leader's admission that Saddam had nothing to do with 9/11 was seconded by the Senate, and Mickey Mouse turned out to be a right-wing propagandist ... what do you suppose the Reich Wing has to say?

Ace of Spades - as long as ABC labels The Path to 9/11 as "Fiction" it can tell lies about Bill Clinton.
All Things Beautiful - if you really really believe there are WMD although all the evidence says otherwise, it's perfectly OK to invade a sovereign nation.
American Thinker - if we call it "the party of Lincoln, Eisenhauer, and Reagan" perhaps you'll forget that Bush is a complete fuckup.
Atlas Shrugs - some people are suing Khatami for torturing their relatives - that's totally cool!  What?  Abu Ghraib?  Secret prisons?  Waterboarding?  What's your point?
Blue Crab Boulevard - Bush gets a pass on not killing bin Laden at Tora Bora when he could have killed him because finding bin Laden again will be really really hard!
Captain's Quarters - OK, let's move the goal posts again - Iraq had to be attacked because even though Saddam didn't have WMD, he might have given them to some terrorists who would have used them on us so even though Saddam didn't have them anymore we had to ... where was I?
Debbie Schlussel - reading Seventeen magazine will cause your daughters to fall in love with Palestinian terrorists on myspace.com, convert to Islam, and wind up wearing a burka.
Flopping Aces - OK, let's move the goal posts again - Iraq had to be attacked because Saddam was looking for software to guide missiles that he was going to come to the U.S. to build.
GOP Bloggers - does The Financial Times really think that Muslims hate us because we torture Pakistani cabdrivers to the point of organ failure?  What a bunch of idiots.
Hot Air (Allahpundit) - Clinton lied about a blowjob, so ABC should feel free to lie about 9/11 ... as long as it helps Republicans.
Hugh Hewitt - why is anyone surprised that the GOP is engaging in the politics of personal destruction?  It's what we do!
Instapundit - Bush didn't whine when Michael Moore showed him sitting on his ass right after the towers were hit, so the Democrats should just shut up and let ABC lie about Clinton.
Little Green Footballs - the Iraqis that took over running Abu Ghraib are better at torture than we ever were, so it looks like we're off the hook!
Macsmind - Senator Rockefeller commited treason when he told world leaders that he thought Bush had already made up his mind to attack Iraq and - what?  Axis of Evil speech?  Are you kidding me?  Who could possibly put two and two together and get four?
NRO (Jonah Goldberg) - as usual I have nothing useful to add, so I'll just link to this article that bolsters my assertion that the slaughter of Muslims remains good policy even in the 21st century.
NRO (K-Lo) - as usual I have nothing useful to add, so I'll just link to this article that says it's a damn good thing Europeans can't vote in our fall elections - they have Bush Derangement Syndrome™!
Patterico's Pontifications - behold as my obscure right wing blog distracts your attention from the fact that The Path to 9/11 is wingnut propaganda by milking the controversy over who got advance copies of the show.
Powerline - someone from the AP was giving Saddam publicly-available information - why does the AP hate America?
Protein Wisdom - isn't Dick Cheney just dreamy?
Sister Toldjah - sure the writer/producer of The Path to 9/11 is a right-wing nutjob, but the executive producer donates to Democrats, and that evens things out.
Townhall (Michael Medved) - when liberals do it, it's censorship; when we do it, like with The Reagans, it's to protect a poor helpless old man with no defenders.

Another weekend, another roundup.  Be sure to tune in tonight to anything but The Path to 9/11.

You know somebody's hipometer is broken when they say Dick Cheney's cool. It totally sent my dorkometer off the scale.

Legends: Rodney Dangerfield on COmedy Central

...much better viewing than that other movie you mentioned.

These wingnut roundups are great :-)

What network is "ABC," again? I can't recall....didn't they used to have Monday Night Football before their horrible ratings forced the NFL to withdraw and find greener pastures?

Oh, you are on one.

What would I do without these wingnut roundups? Bless you Agi for reading them so I don't have to anymore.

"Bush didn't whine when Michael Moore showed him sitting on his ass right after the towers were hit, so the Democrats should just shut up and let ABC lie about Clinton" Classic juxtaposition: Bushie can only read about a goat and Clinton is one.
