Helmet-Haired Bush Enabler Hates the Troops
Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson (R-TX), who is being suggested as a running mate for the Confused Old ManTM, is a Bush-enabler of the first order. She has a 100% rating from the Christian Coalition. She’s apparently dumber than a bag of hammers as well. She said:
that Sen. Russ Feingold’s bill to begin an Iraq withdrawal within 120 days puts “a bullet right in the hearts of our troops who are there.” Politico reports that Hutchinson’s staff backtracked from her comment, arguing that she meant to say “bull’s eye.” Accepting that claim, Hutchinson meant to say Feingold’s bill puts a “bulls’ eye in the hearts of our troops,” a statement which makes no sense.
Maybe if KBH had voted for body armor for the troops (instead of siding with the Dear Leader and the Dark Lord) some of those soldiers would survive that Demrat fire.

Speaking as a Texan who watched KBH's unexplainable rise to power in the 1990s, I can tell you that the woman is absolutely batshit crazy. She's like some demented elementary school teacher who pinches her staffers when they do something wrong, has total meltdowns over ridiculously insignificant things, and probably used to blow GWB daily in the Texas Crapitol. She is one. scary. psycho.

As another Texan who is completed baffled by KBH's charms (other than her ability to begin every sentence with "I think..." or "I feel...," I can tell you that I honestly hope she resigns her seat so she can join McCain on his ticket.
Anything that will keep her out of our state will be just fine with me.
