For those of you who may not be aware, I am a huge admirer and faithful dominionist follower of Jesus' General, a.k.a. Gen. JC Christian, patriot. I decided to participate in some holy footwork this week and try my hand at the General's marvelous work. For instance, his recent email to my Governor Pothole about using spatulas to combat girlie men was simply outstanding. For my first attempt at connecting with the faithful I decided to contact the friendly folks over at Rapture Alert. I even received a response from them the same day.
Here's my email to Rapture Alert:
Hello Sir,
I stumbled upon your website recently and was pleasantly surprised at what I witnessed. I usually visit The Rapture Index to keep track on the end-time activity but that website offers little substance except for their categorical rapture scale. I see on your website that you have laid out the 43 signs of Christ's coming. I do believe we are reaching the end of days based on the overwhelming evidence from this list. Just take the following as an example:
- Deadly diseases will be rampant (AIDS, Bird Flu, STDs)
- The earth will be swimming in a sea of violence (War, genocide, insurgency)
- Mankind will have the capability to destroy all life on the planet (WMD, nuclear weapons)
- Children will be disobedient and rebellious (kids having pre-marital sex, in gangs, wanting to be independent)
- Mankind will be in a state of moral decay (Homosexuality, The Liberal Agenda, etc.)
- Israel will exist as a nation in the latter days (Israel since 1948)
- False Christs and false prophets will be very effective in the art of deception (Rich preachers like Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell)
- Many will rejoice in their unrighteousness: (The atheists, homosexuals, feminists and other liberal heathens)
- Drug use will be rampant (Marijuana, speed, drug use on the rise, war on drugs is losing)
I wish to applaud your efforts in exposing the truth about our immoral society. I am counting the days until our Lord returns to kill all the Satanists and save us believers.
