Oh, and that is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the unforgivably horrid treatment of U.S. vets. There are so many stories I don't know when I'll have time to report on them all. But I intend to do much more, so y'all check back, y'hear? THanks so much for referring everyone, Blogenfriend!

NPR had a story about this on Friday. My husband and I were shaking our heads in disgust at the treatment of our soldiers and their families.

I heard that NPR story ... what does this say to people who might otherwise serve? Not only do you run a pretty good risk of getting blown up or otherwise maimed, if that happens and you survive, your injuries won't be the only reason your life will be a living hell.
