Isn't He Gone Yet?
The clueless Tom DeLay, talking to the equally clueless Chris Matthews, says that his consituents are "very, very supportive" of his reelection bid. This is despite a 60% disapproval rating.
Instead of blaming his own greed, DeLay blames "Nancy Pelosi, MoveOn.org, George Soros, Howard Dean," and others for his predicament. Ronnie Earle can't finish him off quick enough.

I thought Republicans were the party of personal responsibility.

Ronnie Earle? THAT partisan hack? Please. It'd take some sort of Department of Justice investigation of some sort to bring a man of The Hammer's stature down.
And then, only if the prosecuting attorney wasn't somehow nominated for a federal judgeship. Hehehehe.
In other words, Roy Blunt's leprechan ass is just keeping DeLay's seat warm.

I wonder if it physically hurts to be that narcissistic?

I'm sure Chris was just nodding along with Tom. He keeps making the point that DeLay lives "modestly" (except for those golf trips to Scotland -- my husband's modest golf trips are to Prattville AL) and can't understand why anyone would think Tom is corrupt. Here's a clue, Chris; it isn't just about money, it's about power.

This is what happens when Chris gets confused of the differences between MONEY LAUNDERING vs. FUND RAISING.....And here's another Clue Chris- it ain't a Political Crisis for Poor Tom....it is as Kathy said a matter of Corruption..

Nice morals for him to teach his family that he so values and pays!

And now apparently, Bush claims not to know DeLay?? WTF?? I guess that could be a good sign that Delay is about finished off, indeed.

Delay can't be put behind bars fast enough for me and I wish all the rest of the spoiled brat rich white guys would join him there. Guess I'm kinda testy tonight after Dems wimped out on the Alito thing.

Delusional. Psychotic. Out of touch with reality.

I'm just sorry he left out Agitprop and ilovetomdelay.com. He just does not know how many enemies he has!
and why does everybody pick on George Soros? That is just starting to piss me off. No one should mention George Soros without mentioning the anti-George Soros, Rupert Murdoch.

It is now very late tuesday nite and I just wanted to say that I find it very odd- I did not see Delay or Rove at the Speech Spectacle tonight..Did anyone else ?

DeLay is a crook, and we all know it. Except for Chris Matthews, who has obviously lost his mind.

I wanted to say I read today that Delay was There at the King's Parade moment- he was shoved to an Obtructed view seat- and he was not allowed to be in the Scared Inner Circle- oh the pain ;-)
I guess they aren't Buds no more- which is odd because just a bout a month ago Uncle Dick did go to Texas to campaign for him- actually it was the Night of the WH Christmas Dinner...hmmm, ain't that somethin'
