Here's what Iraq needs to do:

Pass the friggin oil law Bush and Congress wants so bad..(the one that gives 80% of Iraq's oil profits to Chevron, Exxon, BP, and Shell)

The momment that is passed Bush will declare "real progress" has been made. Troops will start to come home.

Then, Iraq can repeal the Oil Law and give the U.S. the big razoo on their way out.

Trouble is, 13 permanent bases and a vatican-sized Embassy as well as Bush's love for the "Korean Model" all say we're never leaving Iraq.

And Bush mentioned Al Qaeda about 80 times yesterday in one speech while discussing security in Iraq.
