Doesn't do much but try to establish Congress' policy that the US will not participate in any global currency reserve that's not primarily (or solely) based on the US dollar. Regardless, the doomsday scenario Bachmann tries to explicate is really out of the US's control. And, if a change is to be made, it won't happen for a long time, to the effect that you won't see such a drop in the dollar's demand or its worth. China would also f*ck itself it anything happened quickly.
