Village idiot and White House aide Brett Kavanaugh won Senate confirmation as a D.C. Circuit appeals judge Friday "after a wait of nearly three years, yet another victory in President Bush's drive to place a more conservative stamp on the nation's courts."

"The final vote was 57 to 36, with four Dems (Byrd, Carper, Landrieu, and Ben Nelson) voting for confirmation and five Dems not voting.  It sends a dangerous signal -- Dems are hesitant to block efforts from Bush and Frist to stack the courts with ideologues this year."

This is shameful.  Kavanaugh, now a Rove tool, was a Ken Starr toady before heading for the White House to help the Dear Leader and his minions pile on helping after helping of dishonest conservative bullshit. 

And doesn't this just show you what those allegedly friendly Repugs, like Chaffee and Snowe, are made of?  Every single Repug voted for this dimbulb.  At least let the traitor Dems know what you think.
